Delivery of pallet trucks: London, the M25 and the UK mainland

We deliver pallet trucks, trolleys, roll cages and scales to UK mainland business addresses by pallet carrier, kerbside on a tail-lift. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Every order is made at our factory partners, typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, and the delivery charge is confirmed in your written quote before you pay.

How delivery works on a factory-direct order

Made to order at our factory partners and delivered to your door by pallet carrier. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Deposit 30% on order, balance before despatch.

Nothing is held in the UK. Your order is placed with the factory once you confirm the quote in writing and pay the deposit. It is built, shipped by sea freight to the UK and then booked onto a pallet carrier for the final leg to your premises. Air freight is quoted on request when you need it sooner.

Everything is confirmed in writing before you pay: the products, the quantity, the price ex VAT, the lead time and the delivery charge. Orders are not cancellable once in production.

  1. Quote. Send the product, quantity, business name and delivery postcode on WhatsApp or by email to [email protected].
  2. Deposit. Approve the quote in writing and pay the 30% deposit. Production starts.
  3. Production and shipping. We keep you updated on WhatsApp. You pay the balance before despatch.
  4. Delivery. The carrier delivers to your address on a working day. We tell you the delivery day in advance.

Delivery of pallet trucks in London and inside the M25

London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible, otherwise by pallet carrier. Either way the delivery is kerbside on a tail-lift and we agree the day with you beforehand.

We are London-based and deliver to business addresses across Brent (Park Royal, Wembley), Ealing (Acton, Southall), Enfield (Edmonton, Brimsdown), Haringey (Tottenham), Barking and Dagenham, Newham (Beckton), Havering (Romford), Croydon, Hillingdon (Hayes), Waltham Forest (Leyton), Lewisham, Greenwich (Charlton), Wandsworth (Nine Elms), Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Watford, Slough, Dartford, Thurrock and Harlow.

Wholesale markets and trading estates such as New Spitalfields, New Covent Garden, Western International, Smithfield, Billingsgate, Park Royal, Brimsdown, Purley Way and Wembley Stadium Industrial Estate are all inside our delivery area.

Delivery to the rest of the UK mainland

The rest of the UK mainland is delivered by pallet carrier to a business address. Pallet trucks, scales, trolleys and roll cages all travel palletised, and larger orders are booked as a multi-pallet consignment.

The delivery charge for your postcode is confirmed in the written quote before you pay. Some postcodes cost more and take longer, and we tell you before you commit.

Goods ship direct from our factory partners to the delivery address on the quote. Collection is not offered.

Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Send your postcode on WhatsApp and we will price the delivery with the goods.

How your order arrives: kerbside on a tail-lift

Kerbside is the standard. The driver lowers the pallet on a tail-lift to the kerb or the nearest firm, level ground. Drivers cannot carry goods inside, up steps or across gravel, and they cannot unpack or assemble.

Plan for someone to be on site to receive the delivery and move the goods inside. A hand pallet truck moves a delivered pallet easily. If you have a loading bay, a dock or a forklift, tell us on WhatsApp and we will book the right vehicle.

Check the goods on arrival

Check the goods before the driver leaves. Note any damage on the driver's sheet and send us a photo on WhatsApp within two working days so we can claim from the carrier.

Goods signed for as clean and reported later are much harder to claim, so a quick look at the wrap and the corners before signing protects you. Faults that only show in use are handled under the warranty and returns terms.

Minimum order and delivery charges

Minimum order applies. Mix models in the range to reach it.

The delivery charge for the whole order is shown as its own line on your quote, so you know the total before you pay.

Prices are trade prices ex VAT and are given by quote, not published. Full details on the minimum order quantity page. Trade credit for UK limited companies and LLPs is available through a trade account pallet trucks application, subject to checks.

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take on a factory-direct order?

Typical lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation, which is our written confirmation of your accepted quote once the deposit is received. That covers production at the factory, sea freight to the UK and the final delivery by pallet carrier. Air freight is quoted on request when you need equipment sooner. Lead times are estimates and we keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver pallet trucks outside London?

Yes. We deliver to any UK mainland business address by pallet carrier, kerbside on a tail-lift. London and the M25 are delivered by us where possible. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are quoted on request. Send your delivery postcode with your enquiry on WhatsApp and the delivery charge is confirmed in the written quote before you pay.

What does kerbside delivery mean?

Kerbside means the driver lowers the pallet on a tail-lift to the kerb or the nearest firm, level ground outside your premises. The driver does not carry goods inside, up steps or across gravel, and does not unpack. You need someone on site to receive the goods and a way to move the pallet, such as a hand pallet truck or a forklift.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge depends on your postcode, the quantity and the vehicle needed, so it is confirmed as its own line on your written quote before you pay. Mixed models in one range travel together and the charge for the whole order is shown as one line. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are priced separately. Send your postcode on WhatsApp for a quote ex VAT.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands?

Yes, quoted on request. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are outside the standard UK mainland pallet-carrier service, so the delivery charge and the extra transit time are priced for your postcode and shown as their own line on the written quote before you pay. Send your postcode with the product code and quantity on WhatsApp and we quote the goods and delivery together, ex VAT.

What if my pallet truck or scale arrives damaged?

Note the damage on the driver's sheet before signing and send us a photo on WhatsApp within two working days so we can claim from the carrier. Damage reported after signing for the goods as clean is much harder to recover. Faults that only appear in use are covered by the warranty period confirmed on your written quote.

Can you deliver faster by air freight?

Yes, air freight is quoted on request. It shortens the shipping leg from the factory but costs more, and production time is unchanged. Tell us on WhatsApp when you need the equipment and we will quote sea and air freight side by side, ex VAT, so you can choose. Whichever you pick, the lead time is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Send the model code and quantity

We reply with a trade price ex VAT, the lead time and the delivery cost for your postcode. Business customers only.
