Founded by its director, Dr Mohammed Aroussi. Every order is made at our factory partners in China, checked by our own team before it ships, and quoted with freight and import duty in the price.

Every unit is new and covered by our 12-month warranty from delivery. Wear parts are excluded, and any hours or battery limit is shown on your quote.
Built to your size
Pallet trucks made to your fork length, width and lowered height, with your logo. You approve a dimensioned drawing first, as a precast block yard did in October 2026.

How we work
From written quote to your loading bay

Send the model or your sizes, the quantity and your postcode. You get a written price per item, ex VAT, with freight and import duty included.
- 2Approve and pay
Confirm the specification, or approve a drawing for a truck made to your size, then pay London Pallet Trucks Ltd by bank transfer.
- 3Made and checked
Made at our factory partner and checked by our Shenzhen team, who send you photos and video. You have three working days to approve or raise a point.
- 4Delivered to your site
Shipped by sea, cleared through UK customs and delivered kerbside to your site.

UK businesses only. We sell new equipment only: no hire, no used equipment and no sales to the public.
Where is London Pallet Trucks based?
Our sales team is in London and our sourcing and quality control team is in Shenzhen, China. We deliver to business addresses across the UK.
Where is the equipment made?
At our factory partners in China, who build to our confirmed specification for each order. Our Shenzhen team inspects the finished goods and sends you photographs and video before they ship. Goods are delivered by sea freight to your UK site.
Does London Pallet Trucks keep stock in the UK?
No. Everything is supplied to order, not from UK stock. We confirm your delivery date with your order.
How do I order?
Send a quote request from the shop, email sales@londonpallettrucks.co.uk or call 020 3576 6910. We reply by email within one working day with your quote, or with the questions we need answered to price it. To order, accept the quote and pay by bank transfer.
