Battery-electric hydraulic system — 0.8kW electric motor with a 12V/95Ah battery; full charge in about 10 hours, working up to 8 hours per charge. Silent, zero-emission operation with no exhaust, suitable for use in food, textile, printing and other sensitive industries.
Mobile trolley design, easy to manoeuvr — Push-trolley base with four support legs that distribute the total load for stable lifting; excellent flexibility and manoeuvrability, perfect for jobs with frequent position changes.
Fast, smooth lifting — Rise time of only 30 seconds with a pressure-balanced hydraulic valve block; elevation and lowering speed remain stable regardless of load fluctuation.
Safety-first protection package — Overload protection via adjustable overflow valve, upper limit switch, emergency stop button and an emergency bleed bolt for safe slow descent during power failure; anti-tilt support legs keep operation safe on uneven ground.
Low maintenance, long service life — Simple hydraulic structure with easily replaceable parts (full spare parts list available); 6-month hydraulic oil replacement cycle and regularly lubricated pivot points keep the machine reliable for years.
