Wide 3 tonne electric pallet truck for a precast concrete block yard
Each block has two fork slots at ground level, 980 mm apart. The standard truck is 580 or 865 mm over the forks, so this one is being made wider to line up with the slots.

Custom pallet truck and stacker questions
Can you make a pallet truck to a special size?
Yes, on a hand pallet truck (pallet jack) or an electric one: fork length, width over the forks, lowered height, one fork or two. You approve a dimensioned drawing before it is built.
What is the longest fork you can build?
Forks from 600 mm up to 3,500 mm, and longer on request. Send your load length and weight: the drawing states the rated capacity at your fork length.
How wide can you make a pallet truck?
From a single fork up to 1,500 mm over two forks, and wider on request. Our example order is a 3 tonne electric pallet truck 1,150 mm over the forks, with forks at 980 mm centres.
What capacity can a custom pallet truck carry?
From 500 kg up to 10,000 kg. Longer forks lower the rating, so tell us your fork length and load: the drawing confirms the rated capacity at your size before you approve it.
How low can a custom pallet truck go?
From 35 mm lowered height, for low pallets, skids and slots. Low trucks carry less, and the drawing shows the rating.
Can you build a custom pallet stacker?
Yes. Lift height, fork length, leg width and capacity, on manual, semi-electric or electric stackers. Send your racking height and pallet size.
Do I get a 2D drawing and a 3D model before it is built?
Yes. A dimensioned 2D drawing and a 3D model to check the fit. Nothing is built until you approve it in writing.
Can you make a single fork pallet truck for wheeled trolleys?
Yes. Send the gap between the trolley wheels and the height under the trolley, and we draw a single fork truck to fit.
Can you build it in stainless steel or galvanised?
Yes. 304 stainless steel as standard and 316 for salt, acids and daily washdown. Hot-dip galvanised trucks suit damp areas and cold stores.
Can you put our logo and colours on it?
Yes. Send your logo file and it is printed on the truck. Colours are confirmed on the drawing.
What do you need from me for a custom quote?
The load weight, the pallet, slot or trolley sizes, hand or electric, how many and your delivery postcode. A photo or a sketch with measurements is enough.
Can I see it before it ships?
Yes. We send photos and video of your truck before it ships.
Do you sell to the public?
No. Trade and business customers only. Prices ex VAT.
Can you customise anything, even an unusual idea?
Send it. Our engineers say yes to working on any customisation, and tell you early if a size needs adjusting.
