Welded steel mast and chassis with anti‑corrosion pretreatment and electrostatic powder coating. The frame of this electric reach truck maintains stable performance in humid warehouse environments. Fitted with AC traction motor, low‑noise hydraulic power unit, sealed oil joints, polyurethane wheels and electromagnetic brake, this reach forklift features smooth operation, low noise and low‑maintenance requirements.
Equipped with emergency stop device, lifting limit switch, load backrest and low‑voltage protection. Materials comply with REACH and RoHS substance control standards. Optional explosion‑proof structure is available.
Rated capacity: 1200 kg for ELES‑12RE, 1500 kg for ELES‑15RE, 2000 kg for ELES‑20RE. Optional masts deliver a maximum lifting height of 4500 mm and a travel speed of 6 km/h for rack stacking operations.
Powered by 24 V lead‑acid battery or lithium battery. The lithium battery pack supports opportunity charging and 2‑3‑hour fast charging for extended continuous operation with low running noise.
Suitable for flat concrete or epoxy floors in indoor warehouses, workshops and dock areas. Forks fit 1200×1000 mm pallets. Adjustable fork spread and various attachments can be configured.
Pain point: Placing pallets into rack positions requires wide aisles and complicated manoeuvring. Solution: The extendable forks stretch forward, enabling this reach truck to complete racking operations within narrow aisles.
Pain point: Upper rack bays remain unused, resulting in warehouse space waste. Solution: Multi‑stage lifting reaches high‑level shelves. Thanks to its compact body, the truck still operates efficiently in narrow lanes.
Export packing: Reinforced plywood case or carton. Custom LOGO, body colour and decals are supported. Standard and optional accessories are available upon request. Models: ELES‑12RE, ELES‑15RE, ELES‑20RE.
