Heavy-duty welded steel frame with anti-corrosion painted surface and reinforced 3000mm mast build the base of this 10 ton diesel forklift for continuous rough work.
6-cylinder 6.494L diesel engine, 82.4kW rated power, powershift 2-forward 2-reverse transmission, 20MPa hydraulic system and 9.00-20 pneumatic tyres form a solid component package for heavy duty forklift.
Emission-compliant engine options up to EU Stage V and EPA Tier 4F are available, hydraulic service brake plus mechanical parking brake and stable counterweight structure ensure safe 10 ton diesel forklift operation.
Rated 10000 kg for CPCD100 and 12000 kg for CPCD120 at 600mm load centre with 3000mm lifting height, 20/22km/h travel speed, up to 22% gradeability and 58kN traction force deliver strong load performance.
The 6-cylinder engine outputs 416.8Nm max torque at 1500rpm, while the 140L large fuel tank supports long working hours with fewer refuelling stops for diesel forklift fleet operation.
Pneumatic tyres, 285mm ground clearance and 22%/20% gradeability adapt this counterbalance forklift to outdoor yards, container depots and uneven concrete floors with flexible 4080mm/4480mm turning radius.
Problem: moving 10-12 ton steel coils or containers all day strains engine and frame. Solution: reinforced mast, 6.494L engine and 20MPa hydraulics keep the diesel forklift lifting smoothly without power drop.
Problem: gravel yards and wet ramps cause wheel slip and slow work cycles. Solution: 9.00-20 pneumatic tyres plus strong traction force keep this internal combustion forklift productive on rough outdoor ground.
