Replacement head for the rear view mirror on a forklift overhead guard or mirror arm. A rectangular mirror in a black plastic back with a swivel joint: one threaded stud and nut fix it to your existing arm, and the joint lets you set the angle. Sold for forklifts of 1 t to 10 t: counterbalance, rough terrain, reach, multi way and man down turret trucks. The arm and clamp are not included. Measure your old mirror: your written quote confirms the size and the stud against your measurement.
