A sealed reversing alarm that beeps while the truck is in reverse. It runs on any supply from 12 to 80 V DC, so it suits diesel and LPG forklifts on 12 V or 24 V and electric forklifts on 24 V to 80 V, from 1 t counterbalance trucks to reach, very narrow aisle and rough terrain trucks. Single tone 107 dB beep, epoxy filled housing sealed to IP65 and protected against reverse polarity. It bolts on with its bracket and has two leads, positive and negative, for the reverse circuit. Your quote confirms the bracket hole centres if the alarm must use your old holes. Fitting and wiring is by your own engineer.
