About this part

Solenoid lowering valve cartridge for the DC power unit of an electric pallet truck or electric stacker: it lets the forks down when the lower button is pressed, and the manual override on the end lets you lower them by hand. Usually fitted to walkie, stand on and ride on electric pallet trucks from 1.2 t to 3 t and to walkie, stand on, counterbalance, self loading and ride on electric stackers from 200 kg to 3 t. 2 way, normally closed, 08 size (3/4 inch 16 UNF), up to 19 L a minute and 207 bar. Cartridge only: your coil slides back on. A 10 size cartridge is available on request, and our quote confirms which one you need.

Check your old part

Lower the forks fully and switch off first. Unscrew the coil nut, slide the coil off and compare your old cartridge with ours: the thread where it screws into the power unit block (08 size: 3/4 inch 16 UNF, about 19 mm across the thread), the length of the stem the coil sits on, and that the forks stay up with the power off (normally closed). Send us a photo of the valve, the coil label and the block with your quote request. Our written quote confirms the fit before you order.
