Gas spring that brings the tiller arm back to upright when you let go, for walkie and stand on electric pallet trucks from 1.2 t to 3 t and electric stackers from 200 kg to 3 t, including counterbalance and self loading stackers. 156 mm between the eye centres when extended, 40 mm stroke, 600 N, black steel body, chrome rod and a flat eye at each end. Tiller springs differ between machines, so measure your old one first.

Check your fixing

Measure your old gas spring fully extended from the centre of one end hole to the centre of the other (156 mm here), its stroke (how far the rod goes in: 40 mm here) and the end fittings (a flat eye with a hole at each end), and read the force in newtons printed on the body if you can (600 N here). A spring that is too long or too strong will not fit. Send us the sizes or a photo with your quote request. Our written quote confirms the fit before you order. Fit the new spring the same way round as the old one.
