Heavy‑duty welded steel frame. The electric pallet stacker body is treated with anti‑corrosion pretreatment and electrostatic powder coating for long‑term service in humid warehouse environments.
Equipped with maintenance‑free AC drive motor, low‑noise hydraulic unit, leak‑proof seals, polyurethane wheels and electromagnetic brake, this electric stacker delivers smooth operation and precise control.
It features emergency stop button, lifting limit switch and low‑voltage protection. Materials comply with REACH and RoHS substance control standards. Optional explosion‑proof configuration is available for special work sites.
Rated capacity: 1500 kg for ELES‑15F, 1600 kg for ELES‑16F, 2000 kg for ELES‑20F. Max. lifting height: 3000 mm; travel speed: 5 km/h; compact turning radius for narrow‑aisle operation.
24 V lead‑acid battery or lithium battery optional. The lithium‑battery version supports opportunity charging and 2‑3 hours fast charging to full capacity, meeting full‑shift operation with low running noise.
Suitable for flat concrete or epoxy floors in indoor warehouses, workshops and docks. Compatible with 1200×1000 mm pallets. Adjustable forks and optional attachments are available for handling various goods.
Pain point: Manual lifting slows down goods flow and increases labour costs. Solution: Only one operator is required to drive this stacker to independently complete pallet lifting, transporting and racking, saving working hours and reducing labour burden.
Pain point: Insufficient racking height and narrow aisles result in waste of vertical space. Solution: This electric stacker can stack loads up to 3 metres layer by layer in tight aisles to improve storage density.
Export packing: Plywood case or fully‑protected carton. Custom LOGO, body colour and decals are supported. Standard and optional accessories are available upon request. Models: ELES‑15F, ELES‑16F, ELES‑20F.
