This rider-on electric stacker ELES-15H has a rated load of 1500 kg, equipped with 3-stage mast with optional lifting height ranging from 4000mm to 6000mm, which meets different high rack storage demands in warehouses.
It adopts stand-on operation and mechanical steering design, with turning radius between 1635mm and 2055mm. The minimum working aisle width is only 2335mm for 800\*1200 pallets, enabling flexible operation in narrow warehouse aisles.
The stacker is fitted with AC1.3kW drive motor and DC3.0kW lifting motor. Its empty load travel speed reaches 5.5km/h while laden speed is 4km/h, with stable lifting and lowering speed to improve daily pallet stacking efficiency.
The control system adopts CURTIS 1230 or ZAPI AC-0 controller for precise operation control. All wheels are made of durable PU material, and the machine supports 5~7% climbing gradient under both empty and laden conditions, suitable for various indoor logistics storage scenarios.
