1. This rider-on electric stacker ELES-15H has a rated load of 1500kg, equipped with 3-stage mast with optional lifting height ranging from 4000mm to 6000mm, which meets different high rack storage demands in warehouses.
2. It adopts stand-on operation and mechanical steering design, with turning radius between 1635mm and 2055mm. The minimum working aisle width is only 2335mm for 800\*1200 pallets, enabling flexible operation in narrow warehouse aisles.
3. The stacker is fitted with AC1.3kW drive motor and DC3.0kW lifting motor. Its empty load travel speed reaches 5.5km/h while laden speed is 4km/h, with stable lifting and lowering speed to improve daily pallet stacking efficiency.
4. It is equipped with 24V 210Ah traction battery weighing 198kg for long continuous operation. Electromagnetic service brake provides stable and reliable braking effect to guarantee operation safety during cargo lifting and traveling.
5. The control system adopts CURTIS 1230 or ZAPI AC-0 controller for precise operation control. All wheels are made of durable PU material, and the machine supports 5~7% climbing gradient under both empty and laden conditions, suitable for various indoor logistics storage scenarios.
